Terms of Service

By installing or using CleanPrice you agree to these terms.

1. Licence

CleanPrice grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use this application on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Estimates are estimates

CleanPrice is a quoting and cost-tracking tool. Every figure it produces is a planning estimate based on the prices, rates and assumptions that you entered. It is not financial, tax, legal or accounting advice.

You remain solely responsible for the prices you quote, the contracts you enter into and the taxes you remit.

3. Accuracy of your data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. CleanPrice performs the arithmetic you ask it to perform; it cannot verify that your labour rate, mileage rate or supply costs reflect reality.

4. Purchases

CleanPrice Pro is sold through Google Play. Prices are set in Google Play and displayed from the store at the time of purchase. Purchases are subject to Google Play's refund policy.

Restoring a purchase is available at any time from the billing screen and does not require a new payment.

5. No warranty

CleanPrice is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the application. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the application.

7. Your data is your responsibility

CleanPrice stores data locally and offers export and backup tools. You are responsible for keeping your own backups. We cannot recover data that was deleted from your device, and we cannot recover data from a device that was lost, reset or damaged.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, redistribute or resell the application, or to use it in a way that breaks any applicable law.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated with a new app release. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
