CleanPrice
Privacy Policy
Last updated 21 September 2026CleanPrice is built to keep your business data on your device.
1. What we collect
We do not collect, transmit or store any personal information on our servers. CleanPrice has no server. There is no account, no sign-in and no synchronisation.
Everything you enter — client names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, quotes, jobs and expenses — is written to a private database inside the app on this device and nowhere else. The photos you attach are not copied into that database; they stay in your own photo library, as section 3 explains.
2. Network access
CleanPrice does not send your data anywhere. There is no server, no account and no synchronisation, and none of the information you enter ever leaves your device.
The app declares the INTERNET permission, because the Google Play Billing library
that handles CleanPrice Pro requires it. That permission is there for the billing library alone —
not to send us anything. There is no analytics library, no advertising library and no
crash-reporting library in the app, and no code of ours makes a network request.
The one feature involving a purchase, CleanPrice Pro, is handled entirely by Google Play. When you tap a purchase or restore button, the Play Store app performs the transaction and reports the result back to CleanPrice; we never receive or transmit anything ourselves. That transaction is governed by Google Play's own privacy policy.
3. Photos
When you attach a receipt or a business logo, CleanPrice opens the Android photo picker. The picker hands the app only the single image you select. CleanPrice stores a reference to that image rather than a copy of it: the picture stays in your own photo library, and the app reads it only when it needs to show it to you or include it in a PDF you choose to export. CleanPrice does not request or receive access to your photo library, and it never uploads your images anywhere.
4. Notifications
Reminders are scheduled locally on your device using Android WorkManager. No notification content is sent anywhere. You can disable each reminder category individually, and you can revoke the notification permission at any time in Android settings.
5. Permissions
CleanPrice requests the notification permission. That is the only permission it asks you for, and it is optional — used only for reminders.
The app also declares INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE. Both are
required by the Google Play Billing library that handles CleanPrice Pro. Neither one prompts a
dialog and neither gives the app access to any personal data; no code in CleanPrice uses them to
send anything.
It does not request access to your contacts, location, SMS messages, call logs or microphone, and it has no code path that could read them.
6. Children
CleanPrice is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
7. Your control over your data
You can export everything you have entered as a JSON file at any time from Settings → Backup & Restore. You can permanently erase everything from Settings → Delete All Data.
Because we never receive your data, deletion on your device is complete and final. We cannot recover data for you, which is why the app offers export and backup tools.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be published with the next app update and the date at the top of this page will change.
